All of our headteachers are integral members of this team, ensuring that school leadership is at the heart of trust-wide decision making and collaboration. Together, they work to shape strategic direction, share best practice and secure the best possible outcomes for every pupil.

Ian Dewes
CEO
Ian and has extensive experience in school and trust leadership. He has led schools and worked at system level to drive improvement, securing strong outcomes and supporting collaboration across settings. Ian has also contributed to the wider education sector through his work in governance and leadership, alongside completing doctoral research focused on the development of multi-academy trusts. He is committed to collaborative working and ensuring every child benefits from a high-quality education.

Nicola Duckworth
Chief Finance Officer
Nicola is Chief Financial Officer at Odyssey Collaborative Trust and has extensive experience in finance and operational roles within schools. She has worked across a number of settings within the trust, supporting financial management and ensuring resources are used effectively to strengthen provision and outcomes for pupils. Nicola plays a key role in the financial stewardship of the trust, working collaboratively with leaders to ensure long-term sustainability and to support continued school improvement across all settings.

Anita Breeze
Chief Operations Officer
Anita is Chief Operations Officer at Odyssey Collaborative Trust, with extensive experience in operational leadership across schools and trusts. She has worked in a range of business and management roles within education and property, leading on key areas including finance, HR, GDPR, estates and compliance to ensure schools are well supported and run effectively. Anita plays a central role in strengthening systems and capacity across the trust, enabling school leaders to focus on teaching and learning and supporting continued improvement for pupils and communities.

Aimee Tinkler
Director of Education
Aimée has over 20 years’ experience across teaching, leadership and system-wide school improvement roles. She has led schools and worked across trusts to drive improvement, strengthen provision and secure better outcomes for pupils and communities. Aimée is President of the Chartered College of Teaching and has worked with national organisations including the Department for Education and Ofsted. She is currently undertaking doctoral research at the UCL Institute of Education and is committed to collaboration, ethical leadership and improving life chances for all children.
