Governance within the Trust operates at three levels: Members, the Board of Trustees, and Local Governing Boards in each school. Each plays a distinct role in providing strategic oversight, support and challenge, ensuring that the Trust’s vision is realised across all settings.

A dedicated Governance Professional supports all levels, promoting effective practice, clear communication and strong compliance. Governors are supported through access to The Key and GovernorHub, alongside a range of shared policy templates that help maintain consistency while allowing schools to respond to their own context.

Termly meetings bring together Chairs of Local Governing Boards and Trustees, creating valuable opportunities to share best practice, learn from one another and strengthen collective understanding, ensuring that governance across the Trust is effective in delivering its vision.
