Our School Support Offer

Our school support offer sets out the support available to schools across key operational areas, enabling headteachers to focus on leading and improving their schools. The offer includes support for school improvement, finance,operations and governance.

Schools work in close partnership with the central team, sharing responsibility and expertise. Support is provided through joint working, professional dialogue and agreed ways of operating, drawing on the experience and capacity that exists across the trust.

The purpose of the offer is to support effective and sustainable school operations, providing guidance and consistency across key areas while remaining responsive to individual school and priorities.
