Nicola plays a central role in leading finance and operations across the Trust, working closely with school business managers to ensure strong, consistent systems and practice. She provides guidance and support across all areas of finance, helping schools to manage resources effectively while maintaining clear oversight and accountability.

A key part of her work is building strong relationships with business managers, offering day to day support as well as developing shared approaches and processes across the Trust. She brings colleagues together to work collaboratively, share expertise, and ensure that operational practice is aligned but still responsive to the individual needs of each school.

Through her work, Nicola helps to ensure that schools are well supported in managing their budgets, staffing, and wider operations, enabling leaders to focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for pupils.

Chief Operations Officer

Anita plays a central role in leading the Trust’s operational functions, with overall responsibility for health and safety, human resources, GDPR, compliance, and estates. Her work ensures that strong, consistent systems are in place across all schools, supporting leaders to manage their responsibilities effectively and safely.

She works closely with school leaders and business managers to provide guidance, oversight, and practical support, to ensure that statutory requirements are met, and high standards are maintained across all areas of operations.

Through her role, Anita plays a key part in creating the conditions for schools to operate smoothly and safely, allowing leaders and staff to focus on teaching, learning, and supporting pupils.
